The 1.5 Stage (also known as the 1/2-Stage) is a stage format found in select Chuck E. Cheese's locations.

This stage type has all of the props from a 2-Stage with the exception of the Chuck E. Cheese Fiber Optic sign, and the TV that separates Chuck E. from the rest of "Munch's Make Believe Band". The stage is also smaller in size for the most part, with some locations opting to keep the larger stage design of the 2-Stage but removing the aforementioned fiber optic sign and TV.

These stages are mostly seen in locations that once had a 2-Stage. However, some locations did not have 2-Stages previously, (those being stores opening around early 1993-1994 except for Mall Plaza Oeste, Chile) and they received props leftover. Several locations have converted their 2-Stages to 1.5 Stages throughout the 2000s and 2010s to take up less space, often rebuilding part of the stage to be smaller in size. An example was the Pico Rivera, California location, where the stage was converted due to a remodel in 2012.

By 1997, the 1.5 Stage was discontinued in favor of Studio C.

The first 1.5 Stage was installed at the Lakeland, Florida location in 1993.

As of October 2024,this stage type has since gone extinct as Plaza Oeste, Chile closed on September 30th 2024.
