Banjo Billy's Pizza was an independently owned family entertainment center in Houston, Texas. It opened in 1994 in Houston, Texas, in the ''Federal East Plaza'' mall. The place, albeit not very big like a Chuck E. Cheese's, was quite successful, so much so that in 1995 two television commercials were filmed (one in English and the other in Spanish). Many believe that the show used the songs from ''RockFire Explosion'' when in fact they used the original versions of the songs. Another lie about this place is many believe that the characters were named after members of Rock A Fire, however this has been denied by the owner himself and the person who spread this rumor. The place closed permanently in 1998. The animatronics were intended to be sold to a person who would open a similar restaurant in Arkansas but this never happened. Another rumor is that the animatronics came from the Odgen, Utah Pizza Time Theatre. Even though the owner confirmed that the animatronics were purchased by his father for him when he was 14 years old (source: Trey C’s Facebook) it has been (unofficially) disproven as Pasqually and Munch have the portrait cyberamic mechs, while The bull and elephant have the Balcony mechs. Additionally, the Odgen, UT location had a King animatronic, rather than a Dolli Dimples.
In 2019 a game based off Banjo Billy’s Pizza was created on Roblox, and with the help of the owner, the characters were “nicknamed”.
