Mr. Mouth was a character used in the January 1995 showtape as a major character and made a cameo in the April 1995 showtape at Chuck E. Cheese's. He was an assistant for the band, helping run the shows. Mouth, as he was nicknamed, was portrayed as a mouth puppet (all mouth, no tongue, but he had a top row of teeth) against a blue screen, so he appeared as a floating mouth against a background of floating patterns and circuitry, as if in the Video Velocitor. Mouth also gave an intro to the '95 version of Birthday Star. He was later removed in the ‘99 release of the show.

Mouth was voiced by Ron Schneider, who wrote the script and lyrics for the Mr. Mouth shows and was known for playing Dreamfinder in "Journey Into Imagination" at EPCOT.

Mouth was later replaced by R.O.S.E.
