The Lake Forest stage was rather unique as it was a mixture of The Shelf and C-Stage located at the Lake Forest California Chuck E Cheese's location from 1986 until October, 2001. The location closed down and relocated to Laguna Hills.
The stage started out as a standard Shelf Stage when the location opened in June 1981. It was the last one known to be installed. The stage was modified in 1986 and used until October, 2001. The characters were moved closer together and the Warblettes were removed entirely. In 1989, TVs were added per installation of the Cyberstar system. In the Mid 1990s, custom light fixtures were added to the sides of the stage. The stage still had PTT Helen albeit wearing her 1990s outfit. Chuck E. was also wearing part of the outfit from the Bandstand shows. It was the second to last location to have Flag Wavers, the last being Simi Valley, CA, and possibly the last location to have the Clapper Board.
