The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix (or Small Town Studio C 2000 mix) was a combination of the Studio C Beta stage and Studio C Cappa TVs. Like the other Studio C stages, it had a single Chuck E. Cheese animatronic. At three locations, the blue screen was replaced with a mural of Chuck E. and Munch's Make Believe Band.

It was first installed at the Lewisville, Texas location. They only had 16 movement animatronics. It was the second Studio C mix stage.
The last Studio C Beta Cappa Mix closed on April 5th, 2024, in Hagerstown, MD. This location is part of the number of low-income Chuck E. Cheese locations closing its doors in 2024.

Special Beta Cappa Mixes[]
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Lewisville, Texas was the first one ever installed. They received the 2.0 remodel in 2022.
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Dover, Delaware had no ticket blaster on their bluescreen mural. This location received the 2.0 remodel in October 2023.
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in North Olmsted, Ohio had the Avenger outfit when they removed their Avenger Shirt with the Cool Chuck shirt and lacked curtains. They upgraded to 2.0 in 2018.
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Hattiesburg, Mississippi replaced a Cappa in 2006 and has curtains from a closed location.
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Florence, South Carolina had Avenger shirt and Rockstar jeans and lacked curtains. They had a mural. This stage was removed for 2.0.
- Before its closure on June 14th, 2015, the Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Commack, New York had a blue screen, a TV camera, and Chuck E.'s full Avenger outfit. The animatronic was sent to Salisbury, Maryland location in the same year. Commack’s animatronic now has the full Rockstar Outfit.
- The Studio C Beta Cappa Mix in Ellisville, Missouri was the same as the Mansfield, Ohio location (now closed), but the Ticket Blaster was in front of the bluescreen, and Chuck had an Avenger shirt and shorts. Strangely, before it got the Avenger shirt, it used to have the Rockstar shirt, but kept the Avenger shorts. It has since been replaced by 2.0 in October 2023.
